Abstract- In the study of "Design and Implementation of Emergency Events Reporting Application in Mataram City" was motivated by the number of emergency incidents occurring in NTB province especially in Mataram city, and for reporting of emergency event in Mataram city was done by sending a call by cellular phone to related party. There for, a system that can facilitate the people of Mataram city to be able to report on emergency events needed. The purpose of this research is to make hybrid application in the form of a website to receive the emergency message and mobile application which is used to send an emergency message in the form of voice and user location (latitude and longitude).
This emergency incident reporting system was created using the CodeIgniter framework to build websites and the PhoneGap framework for building mobile applications. In addition, it takes a Google Map library that serves to display the map on the website.
The built system is capable of delivering emergency voice messages by utilizing media-capture plugins and user locations using geolocation plugins. The system is also capable of receiving messages and displaying them in map form, as well as displaying admin performance and emergency event statistics. Based on black box testing the system can run well, while for accuracy testing obtained 75% results, and for testing the MOS questionnaire get a value greater than 4 with an average of 4.39 it can be concluded that respondents agree with the application that signifies the application has a good value.
