Abstract- PT. Pegadaian Syariah Mataram
is one of the public companies that are licensed
by the government to help people in financing
the distribution of funds in the form of pawn
syariah. Employee of PT. Pegadaian Syariah
Mataram currently provides information
about billing manually by contacting customer
contacts one by one. In addition, the difficulty
for customers is to access information about
the due date, the date of the auction, the price
of gold and the cost of loan interest.
Artificial Intelligence is one part of
computer science that make the machine
(computer) can do the job or behave
intelligently. One of the methods of artificial
intelligence is a method of BFS (Breadth First
Search). In general, the SMS gateway defined
as the technology to send, receive and process
SMS via computers and computerized systems
(software).
This final project will be made an
Information System application of PT.
Pegadaian Syariah Mataram Based SMS
Gateway that aims to provide convenience to
customers in accessing information about due
date, auctions, gold prices and loan interest.
Systems built with web-based, on application
SMS Gateway will be juxtaposed with artificial
intelligence. Artificial intelligence plays a role
in the auto reply feature so that the system can
provide a more interactive response and
customers will still get information via SMS.
