Abstract - Based on Article 30 of Law Number 16 of 2004 a government institution is formed which is tasked with carrying out the authority and function of the prosecutor's office in the relevant high prosecutor's legal area following the legislation and stipulated policies. The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office in carrying out its duties is carried out using information system support already provided by the Republic of Indonesia High Prosecutor's Office such as the Republic of Indonesia High Prosecutor's Management Information System (SIMKARI) and Website. However, there are also some information technology constraints, namely SIMKARI, a central system used by the West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office throughout Indonesia. When entering into the system simultaneously in different regions, there will be a delay in login for a long time and there is no specific part in the process of developing information technology such as lack of knowledge of staff or employees who are proficient in the IT field. To achieve the desired IT goals, a governance framework for COBIT 5 is needed in the APO01 and APO02 domains. The results of the recommendations for improving this research are applying information technology governance at the Mataram Prosecutor's Office in West Nusa Tenggara based on current and expected levels of maturity.
