The need for energy and technology is growing rapidly, one of which is a cooling device such as a refrigerator that has preserved food and drinks. However, the existing refrigerator usually requires a large amount of power which is expensive and can damage ozone because most refrigerators contain CFCs. For this reason, it is necessary to make a refrigerator that is low energy, inexpensive and environmentally friendly. In this research, the size of the cooler used is 40.8x32.6x53.8 cm with 1 Peltier module type TEC2-25408 and uses minichannel as heat dissipation unit. While the source of electricity used is to use power from solar cells with a load of cooling without a load and 9000 ml of water. The test data is recorded with DAQ MX 9714 NI data logger that is connected to the computer through the Labview program. The results showed that the higher the solar radiation received by the solar cell, the lower the temperature of the cooler box and vice versa. But the temperature is not constant while still experiencing a slight increase and decrease (± 10C) because the incoming power is not constant. While COP is also irregular (down and up), the COP load-free test increases with time due to low incoming power while the COP with 9000 ml load decreases with time because of the large
